Commander Norm Normand, MBA, PCSC, CD, is an active-duty Naval Logistician for the Royal Canadian Navy. He has written extensively on the use of airships to connect Canada's northern regions and is currently working with DRDC on an IDEaS challenge to industry on Arctic airlift.
