Cellula Robotics Appoints Colleen Hahn as VP of Technology Transfer and Strategy

Cellula Robotics has appointed Colleen Hahn as Vice President, Technology Transfer and Strategy, reinforcing its senior leadership team as the company expands its footprint in the United States and advances its broader international growth ambitions.

Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Cellula said Hahn’s role will focus primarily on the US market while also supporting the company’s wider global strategy. Her responsibilities will include market intelligence, customer engagement, strategic outreach, and partnership development across Cellula’s subsidiaries and partner network.

The appointment underlines Cellula’s continued investment in the relationships, market insight, and strategic direction needed to accelerate growth across both defence and commercial sectors. It also reflects the company’s commitment to ensuring its capabilities remain closely aligned with customer priorities and emerging market opportunities.

Hahn joins the business with extensive experience in partnership development, commercialisation, and strategic market growth across advanced technology sectors. Her recent work has included autonomous technology commercialisation in the US defence market, alongside a strong track record of engagement across the wider defence and autonomy community.

“Colleen brings a strong combination of strategic insight, market understanding, and partnership experience in sectors that are important to Cellula’s future,” said Neil Manning, CEO of Cellula Robotics. “Her appointment strengthens our leadership team at a time when we are growing our US presence, expanding our global partnerships, and continuing to align our capabilities with evolving customer requirements across defence and commercial markets.”

Hahn said she was joining the company at a pivotal point in its development.

“Cellula has built a strong reputation for delivering advanced subsea capability with real operational relevance,” said Hahn. “I am pleased to join the company at an important stage in its growth and look forward to supporting its US market development while helping strengthen the partnerships, customer engagement, and strategic alignment that will contribute to its long-term success.”

Her appointment marks another step in Cellula’s strategy to deepen market presence, strengthen strategic relationships, and support the continued worldwide growth of its autonomous subsea technologies and integrated solutions.
